A Truly Stand-Out Blanket: The Solid Spike Stitch Granny Square Blanket

Crochet blankets are some of the longest projects we as crocheters will make, but they are also some of the most rewarding things to make! With the different styles of blankets to make, we have so many different options! One type of crochet blanket is a granny square blanket, where you make a number of squares and join them together. I wanted to make one, but I decided I wanted to use my Solid Spike Stitch Granny Square pattern! I had the perfect yarn for it too! I used my 2023 Disney Attraction Club Yarn from Fangirl Fibers!

I wanted to make a blanket that would show off each color beautifully, but I wanted them to stand out individually at the same time, which I why I settled on my Solid Spike Stitch Granny Square pattern! While it is the perfect pattern for color changes, the design of it also lets beautiful hand dyed yarns like this collection to really shine!

You can find the pattern for the Solid Spike Stitch Granny Square here, and an ad-free downloadable version of the blanket pattern here on the website, on Payhip, Ravelry, or Ribblr! Otherwise, feel free to scroll down below for a free version of the blanket!
