Crochet Advent Projects for the 2023 Advent Season
Yes, yes, I know it is only the beginning of October, but that just means that it is so close to Christmas season already! What is even more exciting than planning holiday plans, gifts, and meals for us yarnaholics is the fact that our yarn advent calendars are shipping within the next month! I myself have two yarn calendars coming to me in a few short weeks! One is from LoftyLoops Yarn and the other is from TeenyButton Studio. I am so excited to actually have them at my house, but it’s going to be a struggle to not open them immediately!
One thing that is a struggle each time I get an advent calendar, though, is deciding what pattern I’m going to use the yarn for. The calendars are either 12 or 24 days, which means 12 or 24 mini skeins of either fingering or DK weight yarn. So what patterns are designed for 12 or 24 mini skeins? So to help out my fellow crocheters out there this year, I am here to provide you with a short and incomplete list of crochet patterns for you to consider making with your advent calendars this holiday season!

One of my own designs, this wrap is designed with 24 20-gram DK weight skeins and one 100-gram DK weight skein in mind.
