Lavender Crossbody Bag

One of my favorite designs I’ve made so far is the Lavender Crossbody Bag. It is a decent sized purse with a button closure. The best part, in my opinion, is the fact that the strap doesn’t have to be a long strap. You can make it any length you like! That also means that this is the perfect make for a gift for a child, a friend, or a relative!

For makes like this bag, which are designed to be used daily, I recommend using cotton yarn. The cotton is sturdy and can withstand regular usage, along with having the ability to be machine washed and not lose its shape. I recommend these yarns: Hobbii Friends Cotton 8/8, Bernat Softee Cotton, Patons Grace Yarn, Bernat Handicrafter Cotton. There are so many more, but these are a few of the affordable yarns with beautiful colors!

This pattern is also available as a downloadable PDF on Ravelry, Ribblr, and my shop here on the blog!
