The Star Ribbon — A How-To on Making the Perfect Ribbon for All Occasions

If you’re like me, you wrap a gift for someone—either in a bag or a box— and you always think that it could use a little something to make it just perfect. Most of the time, it ends up being a bow, but a lot of the time the bows you have never end up being just the right match. Today, I’ve got the perfect pattern for you! This Star Ribbon is perfectly customizable for any and all occasions!

Pull through all 6 loops

Ch 1 for the “eye”

Step 7: Pull up a loop in each of the next two empty scs so you end up with 6 loops on your hook. Yarn over and pull through all 6 loops, then chain one to finish your star stitch.

Step 8: Repeat Steps 4-7 across until you have one stitch left. In that last stitch, place 2 hdc.

That’s all there is! Hope you enjoy, and Happy Crocheting!
